At DiscEcho, we believe physical music carries a feeling that digital files cannot replace. A CD can remind you of a particular journey, while a cassette can bring back a handwritten label, a favorite mixtape, or someone’s voice from years ago.
Many vintage players are still meaningful long after they stop being part of everyday listening. We wanted to give these familiar objects a new place in the home, where they can be seen, used, and remembered.
That is why we create frames around real vintage audio players. The mechanism, circuit board, controls, and other details remain visible instead of being hidden away.

Every DiscEcho frame begins with a vintage CD player or cassette player. The player is carefully opened, checked, and arranged so its recognizable components become part of the finished composition.
We preserve the details that make each format special: the optical mechanism of a CD player, the reels and tape path of a cassette player, the original controls, and the small technical elements that made these devices part of everyday life.
The player is mounted inside a solid walnut frame and protected by a clear acrylic panel. The panel helps reduce dust entering the display and provides a protective barrier during use.

Our name brings together two ideas. “Disc” speaks to the music and physical media at the heart of what we do. “Echo” is the way a song, a memory, or a meaningful moment stays with us long after it first plays. DiscEcho is the consumer brand of Meridian Echo Inc., created to give the sounds and stories we cherish a place in everyday life.
